Join WRAP
WRAP does require an application
for membership. Whippet rescue can be difficult and requires a
good general knowledge of dog behavior and some experience with
sighthounds. In some areas, we have more rescuers than we can
keep busy, and in others we are very under-represented. You can't
tell by looking at the list of members whether we need someone
in your area -- some states have more than their share of rescue
dogs every year and we may need additional help there. If you
are qualified and your region is "overstaffed" already,
we will keep your application on file and notify you when there
is an opening. Either way, thanks very much for your interest!

save it to your hard drive, open with a word processing program
such as MS Word or Wordpad, and print it out. When you have completed
the application, mail it (snail mail, please!) to the board member
who lives closest to you (see above). We'll be in touch as soon
