WRAP at the National

For those of you who will be at the 2009 AWC National in Atlanta, Georgia, from April 4 through April 12, 2009, come on by the WRAP table and visit with us! We would love to see our friends and meet all of you who have supported WRAP so generously.

All week - visit the WRAP Table in the vendors' area and meet some of your WRAP Rescuers! View the slide show of rescues from all over; buy raffle tickets; and view the items to be raffled off. If you have items to donate for sale at the WRAP table, please contact Ruth Beall, rhbeall@hotmail.com.

Parade of Rescues
We are pleased to announce that there will be a Parade of Rescues at the AWC National in Atlanta on Wednesday, April 8, 2009, at 6:00 pm. If you have a rescue Whippet (ANY rescue Whippet - does not have to be a WRAP rescue... can be from a shelter or other rescue group) and wish to participate in the Parade of Rescues, please send the following information to Ruth Beall, rhbeall@hotmail.com, no later than March 15, 2009:

  • Owner's name / e-mail address / phone number
  • Rescue's name / age
  • photo of your rescue Whippet, to be included in the slide show at the WRAP table (optional)
  • Short Bio (about 2 paragraphs) on the rescue

EVERYONE is invited to attend the WRAP Annual Meeting!

You need not be a member of WRAP to attend. Raffle winners will be announced during the meeting.
